Terms & program discretion
Please read these important terms regarding your participation in the Smell.Fit Loyalty Rewards Program.
Non-transferable
Loyalty points and rewards are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who earned them. Points have no cash value outside the Smell.Fit store.
Birthday bonus
The 1000 point birthday bonus is only valid when you provide a valid date of birth at sign-up. This info is used solely to automate the birthday bonus. See our Privacy Policy.
Spin the wheel prizes
Wheel prizes are awarded at random. As well as points (1 to 300, plus a rare 1000-point gold jackpot at roughly 1 in 100), you may win extra free spins, free shipping, or the Scent of the Month free. Free-shipping and free-scent wins are issued as a single-use coupon tied to your account, valid for 30 days, and can only be used by the account holder. The Scent of the Month prize only runs when a featured scent is set, and its featured product may change each month. You earn one spin every 30 days and can roll over up to 3 unused spins; the 30-day countdown restarts once you have used your last spin. These wheel extras are goodwill promotions and may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time without notice. Full details are on our Spin the Wheel terms page.
Points expiry
All loyalty points expire 6 months from the date they are earned. Points earned at different times will have different expiry dates, and your oldest points are always spent first so your newest points last the longest. We email you about a month before, and again a few days before, any of your points are due to expire, so you always have time to spend them.
Item discounts only
Your loyalty points can only be used to reduce the balance of your items, not against shipping costs.
Spending points to play the games
\n\t\tAs well as spending points at checkout, you can choose to spend loyalty points to keep playing our games: to buy extra Scent Sprint goes (currently 100 points per go, up to 2 extra a day) and to buy an extra life during a run when your lives run out (currently 40 points per life). Points spent this way are deducted immediately and are not refundable, whether or not you win anything; they simply buy you the chance to play. In-game coins and prize tokens are part of the games only, they are not loyalty points, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or points. Smell.Fit reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the program, including changing point values, earning rates or reward thresholds, at any time without prior notice.
Abuse and removal
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove points, suspend rewards or terminate membership if we suspect fraud, misuse or abuse, including excessive referral or sign-up attempts. Any decision made regarding abuse is final.
Order milestones count completed orders
The 5-order bonus (600 points) is credited once you have 5 completed orders. If an order is later cancelled, refunded or returned it no longer counts, so a bonus you have already received may be reclaimed if this drops you below 5 completed orders. Reach 5 completed orders again and the bonus is re-awarded.
Reversed points and rare negative balances
Points earned on an order (including per-item points) are removed if that order is cancelled, refunded or returned. In the rare case where reclaimed points have already been spent, your balance may temporarily show a minus figure. You can clear it simply by earning more points (a new order or a spin) or, entirely at our discretion, we may ask you to settle the value within 28 days by arrangement with customer service. We will always email you to explain if this ever happens.
