Full terms & conditions
The boring bit. We forced our lawyers to write this, and they still have not escaped the basement. For complete clarity, please read the full terms below.
1. Eligibility and qualifying products
1.1. Qualifying items: The Buy 4, Get 1 FREE offer is valid for all products displayed on the Smell.Fit website.
1.2. Exclusions: No current exclusions.
1.3. Purchase requirement: A minimum of five (5) qualifying items must be added to a single shopping basket to trigger the discount.
2. Discount application
2.1. Mechanism: The discount is applied automatically at the basket stage. No manual coupon code or promotional key is required.
2.2. Discount calculation: The system automatically identifies the lowest-priced qualifying item among every group of five (5) products added to the basket and applies a 100% discount to that item’s price.
2.3. Multiple uses: The offer is stackable within the same transaction. Purchase 10 qualifying items and the two cheapest are free; purchase 15 and the three cheapest are free.
2.4. Price discrepancy: If two or more of the cheapest items share the exact same lowest price, the system selects the required number of items at that price to make free.
3. Combination with other offers
3.1. Coupon codes: This offer may be combined with certain site-wide or personal discount codes (for example, welcome codes). If an external coupon code lowers the price of a qualifying item, the system calculates the cheapest item based on the price after the coupon has been applied.
3.2. Loyalty points: If you apply loyalty points to an order, the point redemption is processed after the Buy 4, Get 1 FREE discount has been applied to the subtotal.
3.3. Free shipping: This promotion does not affect the standard free shipping threshold. Free shipping applies if the total value of the order after the Buy 4, Get 1 FREE discount still meets the qualifying threshold.
4. Returns and refunds
4.1. Returning the free item: If you return the item designated as “Free” under the promotion, no monetary refund will be issued for that specific item.
4.2. Returning paid items: If you return one or more of the four paid items from a group of five, the promotional condition (5 items in total) is no longer met. In this case, the discount applied to the free item is proportionally deducted from your refund amount.
4.3. Full group return: If the entire group of items (the original 5) is returned, a full refund of the amount paid is issued.
5. General conditions
5.1. Abuse: Smell.Fit reserves the right to withhold the discount or cancel any order deemed to be exploiting or abusing the terms of the offer.
5.2. Changes to terms: Smell.Fit reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer or its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase apply to that specific order.
5.3. Errors: Smell.Fit is not responsible for any technical errors or system failures that may occur. In the event of an error resulting in an incorrect discount, we reserve the right to correct the order and adjust the price before shipping.
5.4. Rights: The terms laid out here do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
5.5. Customer service: For any questions regarding the application of this offer, please contact us before completing your purchase.
