Non-Transferable: Loyalty points and rewards are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder who earned them.

No Cash Alternative: Points have no cash value outside of the Smell.fit store and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Birthday Bonus: The 1000 point Birthday Bonus is only valid when users provide a valid DOB on account sign-up. This personal info will only be used to provide automation for the 1000 point Birthday Bonus. For further info, see: Privacy Policy

Program Discretion: Smell.fit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Rewards Program, including changing point values, earning rates, or reward thresholds, at any time without prior notice.

Points Expiry: All loyalty points will expire *3 months (90 days)* from the date they are earned. Please ensure you redeem your points before the expiry date.

Abuse and Removal: Smell.fit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove points, suspend rewards, or terminate membership if we suspect any fraud, misuse, or abuse of the program, including but not limited to excessive referral or sign-up attempts. Any decision made regarding abuse is final.

Limitations: Your loyalty points can only be used to reduce the balance of your items, not against shipping costs.
